Lead & Inspire the Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor a strong operations team.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and safety-first culture.
Manage Budget & Costs
- Own plant CapEx and OpEx budgets, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency.
- Partner with procurement to manage vendors and optimize raw material usage.
Be the Key Liaison
- Work closely with HQ, government agencies, auditors, and R&D teams.
- Support product innovation and business growth through operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in food manufacturing, including 5+ years in plant leadership.
- Strong track record in greenfield setup, commissioning, or expansion projects.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and EHS compliance.
- Hands-on, results-driven leadership style with a passion for process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).

- Proven track record in greenfield, commissioning, or expansion projects.
