About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead our new module-packaging facility in Singapore. You’ll step into a growing operation—perfect for Quality or Section Leads ready to take the next career leap—and build a lean, high-performance production team. You’ll own day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvements, and work closely with regional stakeholders and marquee banking & telecom clients to deliver top-quality smart-card and IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight- Plan and schedule module-packaging workflows
- Allocate people and equipment to hit daily targets
- Supervise shop-floor activities, balancing output and quality
- Process & Cost Improvement- Identify bottlenecks and implement lean-manufacturing initiatives
- Track and control production costs
- Support quality-analysis methods to uphold our QC standards
- Stakeholder Liaison & Reporting- Provide production updates and delivery forecasts to clients
- Prepare regular production and KPI reports
- Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- Demonstrated ability to meet targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Good-to-Have
- Experience with smart-card, chip-module, or IoT device manufacturing
