What You'll Do
Build & Launch the Plant
- Lead commissioning and setup of production lines, utilities, and support systems.
- Establish SOPs, processes, and policies for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO22000, and all statutory requirements.
Run Daily Operations
- Oversee production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs: OEE, yield, cost efficiency, and customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Lead & Inspire the Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor a strong operations team.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and safety-first culture.
Manage Budget & Costs
- Own plant CapEx and OpEx budgets, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency.
- Partner with procurement to manage vendors and optimize raw material usage.
Be the Key Liaison
- Work closely with HQ, government agencies, auditors, and R&D teams.
- Support product innovation and business growth through operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's in engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in food manufacturing, including 5+ years in plant leadership.
- Strong track record in greenfield setup, commissioning, or expansion projects.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and EHS compliance.
