Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner, Nursing), 2-Year Contract Role

• Manpower Planning and Reporting - Work closely with Nursing HODs in the projection of manpower estab, review manpower inventory and partner with Talent Acquisition team on the hiring. Prepare manpower reports such as hiring report, attrition report, absence and leave report.
• HR Operations - Provide advice on HR policies and implement management practices that align with policies and comply to regulations. Regularly review and improve on workflow processes & procedures. Manage all HR operational matters (e.g. contract renewal, re-employment contract management, confirmation, staff transfers, promotions, upgrading, billing and payment of manpower cost for seconded nurses and off-boarding) with support from Shared Services team. Manage general enquiries on HR matters. Partner with Performance & Reward team to coordinate the promotion and annual appraisal exercises. Work closely with Nursing HODs and line managers to review promotion recommendations. Address staff queries on compensation matters with support from Performance & Reward team.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred
• Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience with good understanding of various day-to-day HR operations, Employment Act and HR related legislations
• Healthcare experience is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
