The Systems Engineer provides customer-focused technical sales support and account management, serving as the trusted advisor to Tier 1 region's largest service providers. The Systems Engineer collaborates with Enterprise Account Managers to sell RUCKUS networking solutions, leveraging a network of channel partners. This role involves engaging in consultative, solutions-based discussions with decision-makers at all levels, delivering technical demonstrations, architectural and best-practice designs, proof-of-concept trials, training, and presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and at industry event.

What you will do:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical data center facilities. This role requires deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, data center infrastructure systems, and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while meeting uptime and operational requirements.
How you will do it:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define BMS project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with data center design and operational requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with design consultants, MEP engineers, IT teams, and BMS vendors to ensure integrated project delivery.
2. Technical Oversight
- Oversee BMS design reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications, data center Tier standards, and client requirements.
- Ensure integration of BMS with other systems, including:
- Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generator control panels.
- Mechanical Systems: chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps.
- Validate control logic, graphics, and alarm strategies.
- Supervise installation, point-to-point testing, and commissioning.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor selection, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations for BMS packages.
- Coordinate between multiple stakeholders including client, consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
- Organize and lead project coordination meetings, documenting progress and action items.
4. Risk, Safety, and Compliance
- Identify risks related to schedule, quality, and integration; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, data center operational protocols.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Ensure proper documentation: as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials.
- Manage smooth handover to operations teams.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Jace Easy IO Tridium Niagra, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
- 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in BMS projects for mission-critical facilities or large commercial buildings.
- Proven track record in delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, control systems architecture, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.).
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and documentation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-availability, fast-paced environments.

The Senior Application Engineer (Data Center Project) is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. Key emphasis will be on the ability to understand customer requirements and rapidly demonstrate how composite based solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals. This position will require travel with the business development team to customer facilities during visits to discuss these future opportunities in depth.
How you will do it:
Provides customer support by responding to requests for technical queries with detailed analysis of building management system, schedule of creation, tooling costing, and submittal of design and process improvements, when applicable, to meet all customer product needs.
Works with engineering, sales, and ops staff to understand standard component fabrication techniques, standard composite materials to use, and current demands of our customers to formulate design details for the sales staff and our customers.
·Provides product technical engineering information by creating and giving presentations on customer proposals. This contains, but is not limited to, 3D representations of finished goods, 3D representations of tooling, etc.
·Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
Conceptual design of composite components and assemblies to support proposals
Generate solid and surface component and assembly CAD models
Ability to compose detailed bill of materials for proposals
Work as part of a team of design and engineering and ops staff
Knowledge of ACMV and controls associate with Johnson Control Metasys will be an advantage
What we look for:
Bachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Possess knowledge in PLC programming. Tridium Niagara software
Tridium Niagara certification will be added advantage,
Transportation composite or other composite experience preferred
