What you will do:

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the technical delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects for mission-critical data centers. This includes detailed engineering design, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The role requires advanced technical expertise in BMS platforms, strong understanding of data center MEP systems, and the ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and junior engineers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

How you will do it:

Engineering & Design

  • Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and client requirements for BMS scope.
  • Prepare engineering documentation including I/O schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, and system architecture diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data center Tier requirements.
  • Coordinate integration of BMS with:
  • Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generators, PDUs.
  • Mechanical Systems: chillers, CRAC/CRAH, cooling towers, pumps.
  • Fire Systems: alarms, suppression, VESDA.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Lead BMS technical execution from design to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with MEP, IT, and controls teams to ensure system compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Supervise subcontractors during installation and ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager in progress reporting, schedule updates, and change management.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Develop and execute testing protocols:
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for data center readiness.
  • Review and validate graphics, alarms, and control sequences before handover.
  • Ensure as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and training are completed and approved.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
  • Review vendor designs and shop drawings for compliance.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for BMS-related issues.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
  • Certifications in BMS platforms (e.g Easy IO Jace,   Honeywell EBI, Johnson Controls Metasys) preferred.
  • Data center certifications such as CDCP® / CDCS® advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BMS project engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.
  • Hands-on experience in design, installation, and commissioning of complex BMS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and control system schematics.

  • Work with local suppliers and procurement team for technical clarifications of the 3rd party solutions/products.

  • Ensure consistency of field installation delivery through design plans and other documents as required.

  • Establish and maintain a high level of quality design functionality to customers for maximum retention.

  • Track KPI and take corrective actions for engineering team.

  • Support deployment of Global Engineering and Operations Management tools for the region.

  • Resource planning, hiring and competency development of the team to support business growth.

  • Work with Training Manager to ensure engineering team capabilities and certification levels to match local requirement.

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or similar

  • Proven track record of developing and leading teams

  • 5-10 years’ experience in engineering (Controls, CCTV, Access Controls etc.) and HVAC solution development.

What you will do:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for executing the Building Management System (BMS) scope for mission-critical data center projects. What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer will lead the application engineering team in providing technical support, primarily focusing on customer quotations and business development case studies across various composite applications. To supervise Application Engineers on their following tasks:

  • Deliver customer support by responding to technical queries with detailed analyses of building management systems, tooling costs, and design/process improvements to meet all customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to understand standard fabrication techniques, composite materials, and customer demands to develop design details.
  • Create and present technical engineering information based on customer proposals, including 3D representations of products and tooling.
  • Prepare cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, customer documents, and consulting with engineers and technical personnel.

What you will do:

The Application Engineer (Data Center Project) is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications.   • Ability to compose detailed bill of materials for proposals

  • Work as part of a team of design and engineering and ops staff

  • Knowledge of ACMV and controls associate with Johnson Control Metasys will be an advantage

  • Bachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year relevant working experience

  • Possess knowledge in PLC programming. Pcvue or ICONICS software

  • Transportation composite or other composite experience preferred

  • Organize and lead project coordination meetings, documenting progress and action items.

4. Risk, Safety, and Compliance  

  • Identify risks related to schedule, quality, and integration; implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, data center operational protocols. 

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Ensure proper documentation: as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials. 
  • Manage smooth handover to operations teams.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Jace Easy IO Tridium Niagra, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
  • 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in BMS projects for mission-critical facilities or large commercial buildings.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, control systems architecture, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.).
  • Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and documentation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-availability, fast-paced environments.

What you will do:

The Senior Application Engineer (Data Center Project) is responsible for technical support – primarily customer quotations and business development case studies for various composite applications. Key emphasis will be on the ability to understand customer requirements and rapidly demonstrate how composite based solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals. This position will require travel with the business development team to customer facilities during visits to discuss these future opportunities in depth.

How you will do it:

  • Provides customer support by responding to requests for technical queries with detailed analysis of building management system, schedule of creation, tooling costing, and submittal of design and process improvements, when applicable, to meet all customer product needs.

  • Works with engineering, sales, and ops staff to understand standard component fabrication techniques, standard composite materials to use, and current demands of our customers to formulate design details for the sales staff and our customers.

  • ·Provides product technical engineering information by creating and giving presentations on customer proposals. This contains, but is not limited to, 3D representations of finished goods, 3D representations of tooling, etc.

  • ·Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.

  • Conceptual design of composite components and assemblies to support proposals

  • Generate solid and surface component and assembly CAD models

  • Ability to compose detailed bill of materials for proposals

  • Work as part of a team of design and engineering and ops staff

  • Knowledge of ACMV and controls associate with Johnson Control Metasys will be an advantage

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Process & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience

  • Possess knowledge in PLC programming. Pcvue or ICONICS software

  • Transportation composite or other composite experience preferred

  • Willing to learn new things

What you will do:

Acts as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors. 

How you will do it:

  • Define scope, budget and schedule for projects

  • Device project implementation methodology

  • Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.

  • Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions

  • Establish effective communication with customer

  • Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors

  • Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

  • Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.

  • Identify and secure variation order.

  • Cost control.  Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS.

  • Managing reports and documents

  • Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding

  • Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.

  • Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner

  • Assign task to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if any.

  • System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning

  • Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.

  • Train customer and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit.

  • Hand over project to customer and later to service team.

What we look for:

  • Degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience in BMS project

  • Possess knowledge in BMS / ELV system

  • Excel, Word and Project essential

  • 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.

  • Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.
