Introduction to the Team
Travel Partnerships and Advertising (TPA) helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply, our leading advertising and travel media network and affiliate solutions.
The Regional Partnerships Manager, part of the Car and New Business commercial team will manage and grow a defined portfolio of customer accounts essentially based in the APAC region by building trusted relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to your clients, navigating complex operational environments and driving impactful outcomes through negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and deep market insight
In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Languages : Fluent in English and Japanese a must, Korean is a plus (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse markets and cultures.
- Knowledge of the car rental market is a plus
- 5+ year of experience in portfolio management and strategic account development, with a strong focus on sales growth and partner’s relationship expansion .
- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify partner’s needs, craft compelling value propositions, and influence high-level decision-making.
- Skilled in account planning and territory management, with a focus on prioritizing high-value opportunities.
- Ability to manage operational complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced , matrixed environment.

Leads and supports cavAsia technical operations in Singapore, overseeing projects ranging from medium to large-scale greenfield and retrofit projects primarily within the Pharma and Semiconductor industries.
How you will do it:
Holds full responsibility and accountability for all technical matters, including engineering, design, construction, project manpower planning, and project schedules, across multiple engineering disciplines.
Collaborates with various project teams and managers (PMs) on the following areas:
Ensures sufficient project manpower and conducts project manpower planning. Resolves technical, construction, and/or EHS issues on-site with the respective team members.
Regularly monitors project progress against the construction schedule, VO works progress, and other milestones.
Monitors project team manpower to plan and ensure project continuity during staff vacations.
Works closely with the Tender Team on project costing-related matters during bidding.
Provides technical support to the team during the tender stage.
Maintains and enhances positive relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
Reviewing and ensuring that PMs develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and track project performance, deliverables, and costs to meet project milestones.
Providing technical advice and guidance to project teams on daily activities.
(Internal functional management, including resource planning, performance management, and career development of team members. This includes conducting employee assessments, developing succession and personal development plans, and identifying future organizational talent.
Implementing risk management strategies to minimize project risk and report/escalate to Management as necessary, with appropriate contingency resolution.
What we look for:
University degree in Engineering preferable Process or Mechanical Engineering, practical experience related to HVAC system, cleanrooms and exhaust abatement systems is beneficial.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the construction sector, specifically in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries.
Experience in the overall system design, tendering, and value engineering processes.
Knowledge of international design codes and standards.
Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team with shared objectives. Prior experience in leading individuals to collaborate effectively is advantageous.

What you will do:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical data center facilities. This role requires deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms, data center infrastructure systems, and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while meeting uptime and operational requirements.
How you will do it:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define BMS project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with data center design and operational requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with design consultants, MEP engineers, IT teams, and BMS vendors to ensure integrated project delivery.
2. Technical Oversight
- Oversee BMS design reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications, data center Tier standards, and client requirements.
- Ensure integration of BMS with other systems, including:
- Electrical Systems: UPS, switchgear, generator control panels.
- Mechanical Systems: chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps.
- Validate control logic, graphics, and alarm strategies.
- Supervise installation, point-to-point testing, and commissioning.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor selection, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations for BMS packages.
- Coordinate between multiple stakeholders including client, consultants, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
- Organize and lead project coordination meetings, documenting progress and action items.
4. Risk, Safety, and Compliance
- Identify risks related to schedule, quality, and integration; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure all works comply with workplace safety, data center operational protocols.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Ensure proper documentation: as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials.
- Manage smooth handover to operations teams.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering.
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Jace Easy IO Tridium Niagra, Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
- 5–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in BMS projects for mission-critical facilities or large commercial buildings.
- Proven track record in delivering complex BMS integrations for enterprise-level data center projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, control systems architecture, and integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.).
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and documentation tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-availability, fast-paced environments.
