Maintain accurate quality records and retain sample collections in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements
Promptly report any product abnormalities and initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when quality issue are identified
Support supervisor in investigating customer complaints, quality issues, and implementing corrective actions
Maintain daily 5S housekeeping in the assigned area daily. Ensure safety regulations are being observed at the workplace
Assist the superior to complete other tasks as assigned
