Beecruit Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer supporting high-precision CNC machining operations for the medical device industry.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, verify and optimise Esprit and CamWorks programs for Swiss-type CNC components.
  • Perform machine setup, parameter optimisation and first-article inspections to ensure production readiness.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews to improve manufacturability, cost effectiveness and production yield.
  • Create and maintain product Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings within ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues including dimensional variation, tooling performance, surface finish and cycle time optimisation.

Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent advanced machining qualification).
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, tooling selection and process optimisation.
  • Experience with Esprit and CamWorks is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to 5-axis machining or CAM programming is advantageous.
  • Familiar with technical drawings, GD&T and precision machining practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems, BOM creation and manufacturing routings is an advantage.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working closely with production teams on the shop floor.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build and test our multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment that's behind the technology we use every day. You'll be responsible for building, repairing, and testing various types of equipment--including electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
