What you will be working on:

You will play a lead role in managing the Contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and / or enhancement to Existing Lines. You will be involved in the management of the contractors for Stations and Tunnel constructions in elevated or underground constructions. What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge in Civil Engineering with familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction

  • Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records
  • Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills

  • Prepares Market Ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience.
  • Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
  • Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
  • Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents.
  • Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
  • Knowledgeable of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
  • Attends and participates in training programs as required by Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Performs duties as assigned, in a timely manner.
  • Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Dresses per Cushman and Wakefield appearance standards.
  • Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Vice President, Regional DC Design & Construction, you will report to the Global Head of Design and Construction. You will oversee DC projects in the SEA and NEA regions and will also deputise for the Global Head of Design and Construction as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Project, including over 10 years specific in Data Center and other related Mission Critical (24x7) environment projects, particularly large-scale projects.
  • Vice President level experience with demonstrated expertise in managing Data Centre programs (multiple projects) across Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven experience in managing teams responsible for multiple simultaneous projects, with active participation at all project levels, including engagement with Company Executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project delivery with an annual project expenditure totaling at least US$500 million.
  • Experienced in full-lifecycle Project Management from design and feasibility through to close-out and DLP
  • Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing an international team comprised of multi-disciplinary resources, with significant experience in key countries across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Digital Project Management Tools and Practices
  • Ability to travel as required across assigned countries to perform key project reviews and ensure compliance of all projects to company requirements
