- Have completed end-to-end on a good range of projects in Singapore.

What will you be doing?
As our Senior Site Manager work you'll be working on our Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework on a 4 year project based in Bexley . You'll be responsible for carrying out the safe, efficient and on time delivery of flag ship major project.
This project will include construction of a pumping stations, installation of 11km large diameter trunk mains, tunnelling works directional drilling, MEICA works. You'll take responsibility for the safe, efficient delivery this flag ship project.
You'll lead and promote a safe zero harm culture and promote industry leading behavioural culture. Follow M Group Water Business Management Systems and processes to ensure right first time delivery in a quality controlled environment.
You'll be writing RAMS, briefings, TBTs, NCRs, control permits and temporary works on site. Manage and support Engineers, Supervisors, customers and general public impacted by our works. Manage labour, plant and materials.
You'll be developing and delivering Project Management Plans including environment, quality, safety, health and wellbeing. Manage specialist Subcontractors.
Follow and promote company initiatives and ensure we deliver safe, on time, efficient projects that delight our client and the customers. Coordinate document control and design management for your project. Carry out site inductions, tool box talks and the coaching of staff in construction techniques, ensuring appropriate use of PPE
Ensure the timely close out of actions arising from internal and external audits. Carry out SHE 6 Audits. Report any safety observations. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for construction activities. Ensure compliance with M Group Water, Client, regulatory and industry standards.
You'll prepare and present regular reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and any changes to scope or budget, to senior management and stakeholder. Ensure all mandatory training is complete and kept up to date to the matrix for your role.
