- Work with the HSE Business Partner to ensure the effective implementation of the Group HSE management system including identification of hazards and assessment of risk, monitoring of HSE performance, oversight and support for the closure of corrective actions.

- Graduate in a numerical related discipline with sufficient practical ‘hands-on’ experience of leading safety, occupational health and environment, preferably across multiple countries/cultures, commanding respect from operational/commercial teams.
- Experience in HSE actively involved in a high-risk industry.
- Membership of a relevant professional body such as IOSH, The American Society of Safety Engineers or the American Industrial Hygiene Association etc., working towards becoming a certified safety professional.
