Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

1. Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in all departments

2. Carry out all general maintenance work on all equipment, ie AHU, Chiller, motor, pump etc.

3. Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

4. Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

5. Support plant operation to ensure power, water, aircon…operation normal

6. Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness in plant level.

7. Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

8. Support Major Plant equipments reset and re-start up activity if breaking down.

9. Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plant facilities equipment for continuous operation which include fire safety system, ACMV system, electrical system, AV system and building with no disruption to production and support to plant production work request.

10. Continuous improvement work execution to facilities equipment.

Requirements

Above NTC grade 3 in Electrical or Mechanical

More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

Able to communicate effective

Willing to overtime when required

Working hours:

Permanent Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:10pm (8 hours shift: 5656 work week)

5 days for this week then next week work 6 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct walkaround around building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards
• Perform building and equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repair works.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for quotes & for repair & maintenance works for buildings.
• Ensure there are no trespassers into the buildings

Key Responsibilities:

The Facilities Coordinator is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination and resourcing of routine equipment and/or facility maintenance activities and projects on-site. The successful candidate will ensure the qualification and validation of equipment, facilities, utilities, and processes are carried out in accordance with applicable GMP, GLP and/or ISO 17025 guidelines.

1. Master Schedule and Equipment Control Database Management: Update or monitor the Master Schedule and Equipment Control Database for equipment-related activities to ensure that they are performed according to SOP.
2. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule, coordinate and supervise periodic maintenance, performed in-house or as arranged with external vendors for repair and calibration of equipment, and critical utilities at Charles River Singapore.
3. Facility Maintenance Management: Manage facility maintenance activities and coordinate with external vendors for facility needs and requirements (For example, Pest Control programmes, biohazard and chemical waste management programmes, etc).
4. Preventive Maintenance Contracts: Maintain preventive maintenance contracts for equipment and facilities for the site and to ensure that contracts are kept in force.
5. Equipment Management: Manage the installation, maintenance, operation, repair and adjustments made to all equipment and Facilities e.g. (HVAC, pumps, boilers, air handling units, air compressors, etc).
6. Daily Operational Activities: Oversee daily operational activities in Facilities and Equipment Calibration. Ensure all reporting staff and Contractors understand their roles and responsibilities and their tasks are performed in accordance with site procedures.
7. External Contractor Services: Overall management of all external contractor services to include quotations/costs, risk assessments, method statements and work permits in advance of work being carried out.
8. Matrices Reporting: Perform matrices reporting such as safety incident report, submit safety matrices and monthly utilities usage for tracking and monitoring.
9. SOP Review and Harmonisation: Conducts periodic review, harmonisation of SOP for fitness-of-use, optimisation and compliance to appropriate regulations for equipment systems.
10. Training and Development: Able to conduct training for various equipment systems being deployed in Charles River Singapore.
11. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintains proper records and documentation of activities that are compliant with good documentation practices, continuous compliance ISO/IEC 17025, cGMP, PIC/S, ISPE Guidelines, WHO Technical Reports, Company global SOPs and other data integrity principles for all activities.
12. Cross-Functional Collaboration: To work closely with all departments to ensure the operation of a validated environment according to existing QMS and/or other regulatory requirements.
13. Quality Assurance: Performs all functions as tasked with high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to company's quality requirements.

• Technical Skills: Understanding of IT is expected, related to installation of software, interface of hardware and software and basic administrative controls of Windows (Such as adding user groups) is preferred.
• System Commissioning: Understand concepts and rationale, and execute System Commissioning, Qualification and Validation for systems as per requirements stated in ISPE GAMP 5 and USP document is preferential.
