Main Responsibilities:

·  Undertake routine tasks for systems in their own area of specialization (process, plant and/or C&Q activities)

·Provide advanced technical support to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, minimizing downtime. Decide on advanced troubleshooting methods and issue resolution strategies. Communicate issues and resolutions to management, peers and engineering team

·Provide support to Manufacturing, Engineering and Capital Projects as required

·  Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality

·  Identify improvement opportunities for critical systems, advise on process improvement initiatives

·Participate and provide advice in deviation and root cause investigations

·Advise on system lifecycle changes, including upgrades, decommissioning, and revalidation requirements.

·Provide project feasibility evaluation and technical front-end studies input to support decision making process with site leadership team and central function

· Lead and support project sourcing and 3rd party contractor & supplier management to support capital project delivery.

·  Manage project execution work packages, inclusive of contract management

· Support T1 & T2 (Global Engineering) project integration to site routine, inclusive of technical/project support post qualification and handover to site.

·Participate in applicable COPs

·Adherence to all mandatory Sanofi and local & regulatory compliance standards and policies including construction safety GMRs, Planet Care standards, GMP, and FDA regulations/standards.

About You

Education

·  Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Pharmaceutical / Industrial & Systems)

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Management and Execution in biopharmaceuticals or API manufacturing

· Good knowledge in process engineering, automation and instrumentation

·  Experience in frontend feasibility studies, project execution

·  PMP certification will be an advantage

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.

Validation Engineer

Overview:

Essential Job Functions:

Process Engineer

  1. Coordinates all work related to Process Engineering deliverables on scheduled projects needed to meet the deadlines developed by Plant Capital Plan, New Product Introductions, and New Process Technology Developments.
  2. Responsible for manufacturing engineering support, the development of new process technologies, and the support of new product introductions/tech transfers.
  3. Organizes testing associated with the development of new process technologies and the support of new product introductions/tech transfers and works closely with the overall Tech Transfer team.
  4. Works closely with technical services to develop and confirm Critical and Key Process Parameters needed for Equipment and Process Validation. Develops and delivers presentations to communicate project timelines and milestone completions.
  5. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for equipment and processes within area of responsibility and thereby serves as the SME for investigations, design reviews, equipment/process troubleshooting, Capital Project planning, change control and other related activities for the site.
  6. Able to work well in cross functional teams, demonstrating good communication and presentation skills, strong technical understanding, general automation knowledge, multi-tasking and time management.

Job skills & knowledge:

  1. Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other regulatory requirements.
  2. Pharmaceutical principles, practices, and applications.
  3. Principles of mathematical and statistical computations.
  4. Interpreting software and ladder logic diagrams and flowcharts.
  5. Interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints and specifications including HVAC systems and construction plans.
  6. Solving practical problems and considering a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Min 5 years experience working in a regulated environment.

  • Manage new product introduction from tapeout to successful prototyping

  • Troubleshoot and resolve inline measurement and electrical test issues using process integration and device knowledge

  • Identify and resolve line and wafer yield-related problems; lead issue resolution to closure

  • Optimize process margins through Design of Experiments (DOE)

  • Monitor SPC trends and Cpk for critical inline and electrical parameters to ensure production quality

  • Perform project management and data analysis to support integration and yield goals

  • Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer requirements

  • Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and address technical concerns

  • Develop and improve test structures for fast and rigorous process characterization

  • Drive continuous improvement plans (CIP) to meet organizational objectives

  • Build defect source libraries and perform tool defect fingerprinting

  • Conduct product/process partitioning studies for yield and defect characterization

  • Ensure processes are well documented with failure mode mitigation and detection plans

  • Comply with all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements

  • Participate in other projects and assignments as needed

What You Will Need:

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

Introduction

Lead in RF technology development as a BEOL process integration expert.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, optimize, and qualify BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance standards.
  2. Design and analyze experiments (DOE).
  3. Collaborate with process module engineers to enhance device and yield performance.
  4. Lead technical problem-solving for processes.
  5. Engage with internal and external customers to address technical inquiries.
  6. Establish new technology design rules, test structures, and methodologies.
  7. Innovate continuous process and device improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Degree, Master's, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
  2. More than 2 years of relevant experience for PhD holders; more than 5 years for degree holders.
  3. Experience in wafer fab BEOL/interconnect process integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and RF fundamentals (e.g., S-parameters).
  2. Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning.
  3. Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Engineer, Quality Systems at PaxOcean Singapore Pte Ltd (Based in Tuas)

This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 by maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities include managing QMS document revisions, audits, supporting continual improvement initiatives, conducting quality training, analysing quality data, and addressing nonconformities. The role also oversees KPIs, customer satisfaction, and subcontractor performance, while working closely with all departments to align the QMS with business goals and drive operational excellence.

  • Lead and Participate in the company continue improvement program.

  • Conduct QMS briefing for new employees and delivery quality-related training programs.

  • Develop, implement, and improve the QMS documents, review and improve existing QMS documentation (DCR) for best practices and align with group yards.

  • Plan and manage internal and external quality audits, follow up on audit findings till closure.

  • Manage the nonconformity process, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.

  • Prepare Management Review Slides, performing analysis, and preparing meeting minutes. Follow up on improvement suggestions and closure with actionable plans and clear accountability.

  • Generate and analyse Quality Monthly report, Identify top quality issues and track closure.

  • Manage Departments KPI reporting, follow-up, verification, and analysis.

  • Manage Customer Satisfaction reporting and analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversea in-house calibration records, instruments like micrometres and pressure gauges.

  • Conduct subcontractor and supplier qualification audits and monitor their ongoing performance.

  • Collaborate with departments to update risks, opportunities, and the needs of interested parties to ensure the QMS remains responsive to business changes.

  • Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior.


  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certificate

  • Certified Lean six sigma green belt will be added advantage.

  • Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical or related field)
