Job Duties
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential commercial customers within assigned territories
· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective customer organisations
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' energy requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
· Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our electricity solutions, highlighting cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sustainability benefits

· Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on revenue and growth objectives
· Provide regular sales updates to management and market intelligence, highlighting key challenges, and opportunities
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field

The successful candidate should possess the following:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in project finance, M&A advisory for the energy infrastructure, renewable energy or utilities sectors
- Proven commercial deal making track record, preferably including Southeast Asian projects
- Deep understanding of energy markets, transmission regulations, and commercial contracting (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), PTAs, capacity agreements)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with financing models for major capital projects (e.g., project finance, regulated asset base)

- Plan and coordinate project development: Lead the development of rooftop solar assets, working with appointed EPC partners to create detailed project timelines, track progress, and adjust plans to meet delivery milestones.
- Manage EPC contracting and delivery: Oversee relationships with EPC contractors, ensuring contracts are aligned with technical and commercial requirements. Monitor procurement, engineering, and construction activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solar assets.
- Collaborate with Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development Manager during the contracting phase to align pricing and customer expectations with EPC execution. Together, you are jointly responsible for managing the EPC and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact between clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams. Facilitate smooth communication, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure alignment across all parties.
- Ensure permitting and compliance: Secure required permits and approvals, coordinate with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) and engineers, and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- Manage budget and costs: Track project budgets, control procurement and construction expenses, and identify cost-optimization opportunities while safeguarding quality and compliance.
- Supervise site execution: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce workplace safety standards, and troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning.
- Lead project handover: Finalize documentation, coordinate testing and commissioning, and ensure smooth transition of projects to Flo’s Operations department for long-term asset management.
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Environmental Sciences, or another related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with hands-on experience coordinating EPC projects.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC workflows, and construction processes.
- Experience with procurement, contracting, and supplier/contractor management.
- Familiarity with permitting, regulatory, and compliance frameworks in Singapore.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and resolve issues proactively.

- Have a strong network in the solar EPC/renewables sector.
