We are seeking high organized and experienced Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic. The successful candidate will provide support, direction, and oversight of the day-to-day operations, manage staff and development, ensuring quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.
- Support implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the clinic's finance and administration matters including ensuring files and information are organized and petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant department.
- Perform frontline services, clinical support and any operational duties during peak hours or when there is a shortage of manpower.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE 'N' or 'O' level, with 3 years' experience in outpatient GP Clinic, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
- Advanced knowledge in relevant government and insurance schemes and subsidies.
- Knowledge on MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
- Highly effective in supervision, coaching and motivate team members.
- Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused service.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with clinic management application.

Manage, supervise project tasks with Site Supervisor, sub-contractor. Ensure complete preparation to allow smooth project execution and meet planned schedule.
Initiative, results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills.
Preparation and submission of necessary documentation. Eg: Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), etc.
To assist Project Manager by providing information, data, reports for project status reporting.

Attended Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health (previously "Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course ") will be an added advantageous.
Knowledge on reading engineering drawings, simple AutoCAD skill will be advantageous.
Candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good written and spoken in English. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantages.
