Role:
RJE Global are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to supervise the construction in specific areas of large-scale battery energy storage systems BESS, wind farms and other resource and power infrastructure related projects. The location of the projects can be interstate regional areas, so travel to rostered work away from home is an expectation. Current major projects include Mortlake BESS in Vic., New England BESS in N.S.W, Summerfield BESS in S.A., Warradarge Wind Farm in W.A., King Rocks Wind Farm in WA.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that pre-requisite instructions, specifications / drawings and associated documentation are available prior to the commencement of work
Ensure all employees are appropriately supervised
Maintain daily diaries to address crew records work activity and define any issues
The resolution of the day-to-day problems and decision making
To facilitate Toolbox & Pre-start Meetings
Ensure that all statutory obligations in respect of equipment tests and equipment security are fully complied with and to control such plant, mechanical/electrical equipment as required and ensure employees are appropriately instructed on its use, maintenance and storage
Verification of contract requirement as applied to their defined, installation works, via the appropriate document / data, nominated ITP’s or ITR’s
Review & sign project related employee & contractor timesheets
Ensure that the materials & equipment are organized for effective scheduled installation
Ensure that materials, equipment & consumable stocks are frequently checked for quantities required to aid in an efficient and productive workplace
Schedule the projects employee labour requirements with the assistance from the Construction Manager and the Project Manager.
Ensure that the correct tools and equipment are available to allow productive installation practices to proceed
Working with other supervisors on the construction site to determine the working priorities
Reviewing and determining work methods that result in an improved efficiency and productivity in the workplace
Ensure that project quality document package and associated testing is completed by the project team ready for handover
Ensure that the RJE integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment manual is referenced for guidelines on RJE construction project related procedures and practices
Monitor, assist in organising and remedy any issues arising with RJE employee and contractor travel, accommodation and meal requirements
Enforce the RJE disciplinary, drugs and alcohol policies on RJE project sites for employees and contractors
Required:
Unrestricted driver’s licence
A Class Electrical License (within home state)
LV Rescue and Resuscitation Certificate (within 12 months)
Construction Industry White Card
Must be able to pass a medical examination and random drug & alcohol tests
Advantageous:
Qualified electrician with 5+ years construction site experience
Previous Leading Hand and / or Supervisory experience
Experience working in large construction environments, particularly remote FIFO scenarios
Experience in industrial electrical installation, including cable support systems and cabling (MV, LV, DC, Control, Fire and Communications)
High Voltageinstallation / testingexperience and qualifications
Fibre Optic installation / testing experience and qualifications
Dual Trade / Instrumentation / MV Cable Jointing / Air Conditioning
High risk work licence – WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB
Safe Work at Heights Training
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic / wiring / SLD diagrams and drawings
Ability to read and interpret layout and general arrangement drawings
Fitting and mounting of electrical switchgear, components and wiring into switchboards
Knowledge of Australian electrical standards and specifications
Experience in quality assurance - electrical testing and verification

About the Opportunity
We are seeking high organized and experienced Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic. The successful candidate will provide support, direction, and oversight of the day-to-day operations, manage staff and development, ensuring quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What You'll be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.

- Knowledge on MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
- Highly effective in supervision, coaching and motivate team members.
- Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused service.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with clinic management application.
