We Are Hiring: Quality Control Supervisor & Specialists – Fresh Produce (Singapore)
Dingdong Maicai (叮咚买菜), a fast-growing fresh grocery e-commerce company, is expanding our Warehouse & Logistics team in Singapore . We are looking for passionate Quality Control Supervisor (1) and QC Specialists (2–3) to ensure top-quality fresh produce reaches our customers every day.

Responsibilities- Inspect and verify incoming fruits & vegetables according to quality standards (freshness, size, appearance).
- Perform routine stock inspections to identify and block defective products.
- Supervise sorting and packing processes, ensuring customer deliveries meet quality requirements.
- Handle abnormal product batches and coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics to reduce risks.
- Draft or execute SOPs and support continuous improvement in end-to-end supply chain quality.
- Supervisor : 2+ years’ hands-on QC experience in fresh produce, with team management & SOP drafting skills.
- Specialist : 2+ years’ QC/inspection experience, strong execution in daily checks.
- Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Biology, Food Safety or related (Diploma with strong experience accepted).
- Familiar with food safety standards, supplier audits, and QC procedures.
- HACCP / ISO22000 certification is a strong plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and responsibility. Basic English reading/writing required.
- Salary Range :
- QC Specialist: SGD 3,000–5,500 / month (base + performance + commission)
- QC Supervisor: SGD 5,000–8,000 / month (base + performance + commission)
- Work Schedule : 6 days/week, rotating shifts
- Day: 10:00 – 19:00
- Night: 18:00 – 03:00 (1–2 times per week after team stabilizes)
- 3-month probation, 1-year or 3-year contract.
- Training & certification support (HACCP/ISO).
