Role Overview

The Procurement Executive plays a critical role in both the pre-opening stage and ongoing operations of Morrow Health. You will oversee procurement across renovation and fit-out projects (fixtures, fittings, lights, and equipment) as well as day-to-day operational supplies (medical, F&B, fitness, and recovery).

This role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on execution , ensuring all items are procured on time, within budget, and to specification. Beyond sourcing and negotiation, you will support the receiving and tracking of items , working closely with the Head of Operations to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and readiness ahead of our opening.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of project and operational procurement, meticulous attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers across categories (medical supplies, F&B, fitness/recovery equipment, renovation fixtures and fittings)
  • Build and maintain an approved vendor list aligned with Morrow's quality and compliance standards
  • Negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and credit arrangements with vendors
  • Develop long-term, reliable supplier relationships to ensure continuity of service
  • Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQ, PO issuance, order tracking, goods receipt, and vendor payment support
  • Consolidate needs from medical, kitchen, fitness, recovery, and facilities teams to meet project and operational timelines
  • Support the receiving, inspection, and tracking of all procured items, ensuring they match invoices, POs, and delivery notes
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to track delivery schedules, manage handover timelines, and escalate any issues
  • Oversee procurement of renovation-related items including fixtures, lights, fittings, furniture, and specialised equipment
  • Ensure all items are delivered, installed, and tested in line with project milestones
  • Maintain clear documentation of supplier contracts, warranties, and installation/maintenance manuals
  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on specifications and delivery dates
  • Ensure all purchased items meet internal standards and comply with relevant regulations (SFA, HSA, NEA)
  • Maintain documentation for equipment warranties, food traceability, and medical certifications
  • Support audits and compliance reviews, ensuring full traceability of procurement records
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through bulk purchasing, vendor consolidation, and alternate sourcing
  • Track procurement KPIs: cost efficiency, vendor performance, and delivery timelines
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Operations on procurement spend and insights
  • Prepare and maintain all procurement records: invoices, receipts, POs, supplier logs, and contracts
  • Partner with Finance for invoice matching, budget alignment, and payment follow-ups
  • Organise procurement processes for efficiency and clarity across pre-opening and operational stages

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in wellness, healthcare, F&B, or fitness industries
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore regulations (SFA, HSA, NEA) is a plus

Senior Buyer, Procurement

The role is responsible for enabling regional sourcing activities for APAC region to achieve best total cost and quality to meet Symrise mid-to-long term requirements. In this exciting role, the incumbent will help derive and enable the execution of strategic sourcing program which includes key initiatives related to optimizing & harmonizing Raw Materials, sustainability, and initiating supplier performance review to introduce new and/or review existing suppliers who can deliver best quality & costs to the business.

The Position:

  • Regularly engage Singapore RM Planning & Purchasing to discuss and agree follow-up actions on supply matters (such as gaps, lead time, packaging, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), etc) and SLOB (Slow & Obsolescence) matters; specifically, on (but not limited to) Existing/potential issues, Opportunities for improvement, Action plan (including priorities, timelines) and progress.
  • Ensure available RM supply; specifically (but not limited to) Negotiating and contracting with external/3rd party suppliers for the required volume in foreseeable ordering pattern.
  • Continuously identify and implement initiatives to improve external/3rd party supplier base supply security (such as approved sources, quality, lead time, packaging, MOQ, etc) and/or TCO, through (but not limited to) Develop Singapore Procurement initiatives pipeline Collaborate with QC (Quality Control) and if applicable IPI (Industrialization & Process Innovation), Technical, Innovation on RM quality issues or potential sources.
  • Regular review with RA (Regulatory Affairs) to expedite qualification of RM, new sources in accordance with Global AVA (Alternate Vendor Approval), process, through sDMS (Supplier Data Management System)
  • Collaborate with other functions specifically on (but not limited to) with Commercial Categories/Accounts, Technical, Innovation, on existing/new, FG (Finished Goods), FG "New Wins", price trend, outlook, qualification of new Raw Materials, monthly review of planed prices etc.
  • Continuously develop and implement Sourcing Strategies to identify potential saving opportunities and ensure supply base optimization based on the analysis such as analyzing spend data, conducting supply market analysis and managing business requirements
  • Continuously build and foster supplier relationship such as negotiating and contracting suppliers for the required volume, regular monitoring & evaluation of supplier performance, and identification of strategic suppliers to deliver quality and competitive costs.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant fields with at least 8 years of successful track record in procurement or sourcing
  • Flavor and/or FMCG or related industry is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of chemicals and its legislations
  • Effective (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • SAP working experience in Purchasing module
  • Self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional environment effectively
  • Analytical, creative and decisive in problem solving, to yield optimal and pragmatic solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement/Sourcing Specialist to support a dynamic global outsourcing team. This role will provide critical support in contract operations, sourcing lifecycle management, and data-driven performance tracking.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting vendor-related initiatives and creating tools to drive transparency and efficiency across sourcing and procurement functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage contracts for services (e.g. content moderation), including bid evaluation, amendments, and supplier performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and vendor services are delivered on time.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization
  • Map end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and work with internal stakeholders to standardize workflows.
  • Dashboarding & Performance Analytics
  • Consolidate unstructured data from multiple sources and create dashboards and scorecards to track spend and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with the developer/innovation team to automate reporting and improve visibility into key sourcing metrics.

Requirements :

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management , with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and supporting complex service contracts .
  • Experience in large-scale environments (such as MNCs or tech companies) is preferred due to the global scope and pace of operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • You should be able to gather data from fragmented sources, define key metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to turn raw information into actionable insights.
  • Experience in process mapping and operational optimization, with the ability to document and evaluate end-to-end sourcing workflows (e.g. from vendor onboarding to offboarding), identify inefficiencies, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally across global teams including procurement, finance, engineering, and external vendors.
  • You should be able to communicate technical and operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A naturally curious, analytical thinker who enjoys digging into problems, asking the right questions, and proactively solving operational challenges, rather than simply executing defined tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau. Familiarity with collaborative, cloud-based environments is essential.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certifications in procurement or operations (e.g., CIPS, Lean Six Sigma) are a bonus but not mandatory.
