Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
Responsible and accountable for end-to-end ownership of sales. This includes short terms and long-term strategy for business, owning the product portfolio, identifying customer needs and creating strong value proposition to serve these needs.
Make marketing and service sales presentation to owners as required. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like networking, utilizing internal and market data and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/ local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration, fire systems preferred.
