Job Description

  • Design and develop data platform architecture, ensuring the stability and high availability of data platform services.
  • Design, develop, and continuously optimize functionalities of big data components such as offline/real-time data processing, data governance, self-service analytics reports, and OLAP query engines.
  • Explore the data agent system for large models, building Agents with natural language understanding and data operation capabilities to enhance the intelligence of data analysis, processing, and pipeline construction.
  • Establish a full lifecycle management system for training data, covering metadata, lineage, quality assessment, and automated evaluation, ensuring controllable and high-quality data for large model training.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in big data platform-related work, with a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis, with good web development skills (Vue); experience in enterprise-level big data system software integration and development is preferred.
  • Familiar with the features and application scenarios of components such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Paimon, ClickHouse, Doris, and able to solve problems encountered during use.
  • Experience in building large-model data systems, multi-modal data processing systems, and interest in LLM Agents, AutoML, and intelligent data processing workflows, with the ability to explore and implement solutions preferred.
  • Familiar with large model applications and related technologies such as RAG, MCP, Agent, etc.
  • Highly responsible, quick learner, good communicator, thoughtful, with strong teamwork skills; team management experience is a plus.

  • Be responsible for researching source code vulnerability detection/mining technologies LLM-based, designing and implementing security detection tools and systems. Break through the bottlenecks of traditional vulnerability detection technologies and discover security vulnerabilities that are difficult to find with traditional techniques.
  • Study the latest security technologies and vulnerability trends, keep track of the development and iteration of LLM technologies, and continuously optimize and improve existing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A master's degree or above in computer science, information security, artificial intelligence, or related majors.
  • Have a thorough mastery of the principles of various security vulnerabilities and have in-depth understanding of the discovery, exploitation, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
  • Have in-depth understanding and practical experience of LLM technologies in the cross-field of information security, and be familiar with the principles and applications of LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Business
Participates in origination and execution of high-quality M&A and M&A-linked financing mandates in the Metals & Mining sector in the APAC region
Builds client rapport and relationships at appropriate levels
Demonstrates solid understanding of the M&A and M&A linked financing processes and associated legal and regulatory framework
Demonstrates keen interest in and increasing understanding of the mining and metals industry
Participations in client discussions
Processes
Prepares presentation materials for use in client meetings, both origination and execution
Performs financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
Builds detailed financial models
Undertakes research and financial analysis of companies, markets and industries based on public filings, research reports and other sources
Supports due diligence and negotiations during transactions
Participates in all stages of transaction execution, from the pitch phase through to execution phase and closing
Capable of project managing a deal for a client
Demonstrates understanding reasons for negotiation/stance taken in transaction
Assists day-to-day project management and execution support
People & Talent
Leads through example and build the appropriate culture and values
Collaborates with other SCB product groups, teams and offices
Assists with day-to-day management of junior team members
Mentors and assists the development of junior team members
Risk Management
Assists the team in adhering to all internal compliance requirements
Complies with the highest standards of regulatory conduct and compliance standards and practices as defined by internal and external requirements. This includes compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines
Ensures any audit and compliance issues relating to the M&A business are resolved in a timely manner
Ensures that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job-holder’s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or escalated, where appropriate to relevant risk committees
Governance
Is aware and understands the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Our Ideal Candidate
4+ years of experience in M&A and M&A linked financing, ideally with previous exposure to the mining and metals industry
Exemplary understanding of valuation methods and technics, including DCF, multiples, cost based analysis and other
Highly proficiency in financial modelling in excel and financial analysis
Solid understanding of the M&A and leverage acquisition finance processes
Role Specific Technical Competencies
Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Generates pitch books, information memoranda, investment teasers, other documents under guidance
Conducts general industry, country and company research
Demonstrates strong attention to details ensuring error free work output
Capable of multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines to produced timely and quality work
Excellent teamwork, inter-personal and written and verbal communication skills
Effectively and collaboratively identifies, escalates, mitigates and resolves risk, conduct and compliance matters
Completes all required regulatory examinations

  • To carry out daily muck reconciliation,
  • To work in compressed air during the cutterhead intervention to carry out face mapping, confirm the stability ad ground condition prior to cutterhead intervention,
  • To carry out daily muck inspection, logging, testing, report and checklist preparation.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience as tunnel geologist with knowledge on face mapping and muck reconciliation. Medically fit for compressed air work.
