  • Must be able to do content creation and appearing on Social Media platforms
  • Proven experience creating viral video content for social media platforms (please provide portfolio or links to examples).
  • Excellent on-camera presence, communication, and acting skills.

Job Description Team Leadership and Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of marketing and event professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Develop the annual marketing and events strategy and budget, aligning all activities with the company's business development goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and creative oversight for all marketing campaigns and event initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of all marketing and events to senior management.
Marketing & Digital Presence
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Guide the creation of all marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling message.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends to inform our marketing strategy.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan, organize, and execute a calendar of events, including major trade shows, industry conferences, and proprietary workshops, both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor negotiation, booth design, and on-site coordination, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work with the team to develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize lead capture and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
  • Proven experience in the defense and security industry preferred.
  • A strong mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • An organized, meticulous, and proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overseas for events.
  • Some engineering or technical background will be a significant advantage.
