About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the processing and administration of automotive Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications . In this role, you will manage loan documentation, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and ensure smooth administrative workflows from application through to loan disbursement.
Loan Processing & Administration
- Process Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications and assess basic eligibility requirements
- Conduct credit searches and collect necessary documentation from customers
- Compile and submit loan applications to banks and financial institutions for approval
- Manage loan documentation and ensure completeness throughout the application process
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal teams, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals

Loan & Facility Documentation

About You
- At least an NITEC or equivalent certification
- Prior experience in handling Hire-Purchase loan documentation
- Able to read and understand English documents

- Strong attention to detail
