The Mediation Unit was established in 2014 to promote the use of mediation to resolve healthcare disputes. The Unit provides healthcare mediation services, operates a helpline to address mediation queries, and offers training workshops for healthcare staff.
JOB OVERVIEW
This role is integral to the functioning of the Mediation Unit, and will provide support for the Unit’s training development and mediation services. It will involve the conduct of workshops, independent handling of confidential cases, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure timely response to training enquiries.
- Design training programmes, develop training materials, and conduct workshops organized by the Unit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore
- Professional engineering registration, accreditation or relevant project management certification will be an advantage
