RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent Acquisition Executive (Maternity Cover) will support and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and select candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with the relevant technical skillsets and qualifications; coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and TA interviewers, either virtually or in person.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team on assessment tools or technical evaluations required for technology and engineering roles.
