What does an Art Director do at Hogarth?
As an Art Director, you will help curate and design content in the print, digital and social function - predominantly in the retail industry. You should have a strong understanding of print, digital and social space, the design and production requirements.
Requirements
- Design strong, effective design for high frequency, multi platform content
- Brand guardianship, ownership of the client’s identity and brand voice
- Hands-on design, follow through to the production of the deliverables, with a deep understanding of the working processes
- A minimum of 2-4 years working within Design role, ideally within advertising, design agencies or in-house creative team
- An ability to communicate with consumers via compelling, creative story telling
- Broad background in design and creative that spans across all mediums
- Strong craft and problem solving skills
- Presentation skills will be a good to have
- You should be an enthusiastic collaborator, and be open to other people’s ideas. But at the same time, you need to show initiative and have accountability for the stories you’re telling
- Have a keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances
- Strong communicator with excellent English skills

This individual will be responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of the data center systems and communications infrastructures for the attractions in conjunction with the Controls Systems in Engineering and Safety group. Performs activities related to the creation, implementation, and sustainment of attraction industrial data centers and communications. Partners with client team on system design and architecture. Responsibilities
Execute attraction communications and network operation strategy. Including:
Support of the design, development, and management of network, servers, virtualization and monitoring systems for new and existing park attractions.
Deployment of Servers and virtual environments, including but not limited to UCS, VMWare, Windows servers 2018 and 2021.
Support of the design of 3-tier and ISA-99 defense-in-depth network models to enforce security and increase network segregation and security among ride show networks.
Design and execution of acceptance testing strategies including regular auditing of existing control networks and servers for predictive maintenance purposes.
Participate in reviews of attraction data center architecture and ensure appropriate security, scalability, safety, redundancy, reliability, and sustainability design strategies are in place and are given proper weighting in the design objectives.
Supporting the enhancement and maintenance of existing Datacenters.
Working with corporate and enterprise network IT to ensure successful partnering and uptime requirements for networks & datacenters.
Implementation and support of the next generation of shared services for ride show networking.
Development of a strategy for fault management, including metrics and reporting.
Generate system level documentation and manuals.
Oversee existing attraction architecture renovations and updates. Understand hardware and firmware currently in use and ensure updates as appropriate for upgraded and obsolete equipment. Remain current with latest technology regarding hardware, software and security.

Requirement
5+ years of experience with IT networking
Experience in Data Center and virtualization technologies (UCS, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter and Windows Server, Linux Server)

Analyse network performance using Wireshark and provide root cause analysis, recommendations, guidance, and expertise in maintaining the highest level of performance.

You will be mainly dealing with the network sites in China where the products are manufactured. They will learn about the manufacturing network which is part of their wider enterprise network – deploy and maintain Meraki.
Responsibilities:
- Network Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal network performance, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to network incidents, assess the situation, and implement effective mitigation techniques to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- User Support: Provide exceptional support to users experiencing network-related issues, listening to their concerns, and taking necessary steps to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute network-related tasks as part of larger projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing systems.
Qualification:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Layer 2 protocols and enhancements (LACP, L2 ECMP, 802.1d/w/s, 802.1x)
- In-depth knowledge of Layer 3 protocols (IPv4/v6, TCP, UDP) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS) with at least 1+ year of experience
- Proficiency in stateful firewalls, non-stateful filtering and packet inspection with 1+ year of experience
- Good to have: Experience in managing AWS network services, such as VPCs, subnets, route tables security groups, and CloudWAN
- Proficient in Meraki and Juniper products
- Proficient in Mandarin.

Additional Requirement
We are seeking L1 Network Engineers (maker) to join our team to support day-to-day network implementation and operations. The role focuses on executing pre-defined implementation scripts, supporting L3 engineers on-site at the data center when required, and working collaboratively to resolve network-related alarms and tickets.
Key Responsibilities
Perform network implementation tasks based on scripts and procedures provided by L3 Network Engineers.
Work schedule: 10pm to 6am
Escort and support L3 engineers during on-site data center changes and activities.
Monitor network alarms and clear tickets in coordination with L3 engineers.
Escalate circuit and connectivity issues to Telco providers and follow up on resolution.
Provide hands-on assistance in physical installations (e.g., cabling, device power-up, console access) when required.
Maintain implementation records and update documentation as instructed.
Support routine checks and operational tasks to ensure network health and availability.
