Key Responsibilities- Ensure network performance on availability, stability is aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
- Work with IT teams to ensure network scalability, compliance and performance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, VPN concentrators and security appliances.
- Manage network security configurations, including VPN tunnels, firewalls, and IPS rules.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to enforce security best practices.
- Validate the Software Defined Network (SDN) infrastructure within the IT ecosystem.
