Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager / Manager (Knowledge Publications) will be responsible for the end-to-end production of thier major publications. Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating content strategies, including content themes, structure, format and flow.
- Working with colleagues and other subject matter experts to research and propose impactful content elements, including interviews, essays, and infographics.
- Developing and executing plans to secure original content from contributors.
- Researching interviewees, proposing questions, and scheduling interviews.
- Writing and editing selected articles.
- Supervising the editing and layout of all content to high editorial standards, including drafting or editing titles, standfirsts, headings, pull-quotes, captions, and bios.
- Managing contributors, editors, designers and others, to ensure each publication is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Maintaining and growing thier distribution lists for both print and digital publications
- Promote new publications, including through social media.
- Meeting readership and engagement KPIs for proprietory publications
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in similar writing and editing, such as business or science journalism.
- Experience in publishing, or other project management work of a comparable nature.
- Experience working in, or closely with, government, is a major advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism or its equivalent.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of application modernization projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Engage with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Review the analysis of business requirements and IT solutions specifications and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan
Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing and the procedures for accomplishing the projects
Execute a range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal, to development, test and final delivery
Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements
Ensure profitable delivery of quality business systems for external customers are on-time, in accordance with user and system requirements and within budget
