About the Role

The role of an Account Director - Public Sector with Workday is to expand our relationship with our Public Sector Customers in Singapore, by seeking value adding opportunities to adopt other Workday solutions.

Basic Qualifications

- 5 years of experience selling into Public Sector industry
- 5 years of experience with building relationships with Large Enterprise customers for add-on or incremental business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- 5 years of experience in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
- 5 years of track record in value selling, driving customer engagement and sales for complex enterprise solutions with long sales cycles by effectively highlighting product value

Other Qualifications
- Experience with managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can optimally position our solutions within accounts
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to develop and execute account strategies for short- and long-term prospecting and territory management, achieving quota while driving multiple deals simultaneously
- Ability to leverage both business acumen and industry insights to understand market dynamics, interpret business situations, and drive informed strategic decisions
- Adept in account development strategies, including the creation and management of customer accounts, with a focus on driving expansion and revenue growth
- Ability to strategize and execute sales acceleration techniques to shorten sales cycles and optimize sales team performance
- Exhibits deep product knowledge expertise, encompassing the skill to articulate product features, benefits, and use cases effectively

Salesforce Project Manager - Public Sector

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Project Manager with experience in the public sector to lead and deliver Salesforce implementation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Capture, understand, and analyze client user requirements and objectives.
  • Manage resources and oversee the successful delivery of business implementations.
  • Assist the project team with design and development tasks, including system integrations.
  • Deliver and install technology solutions.
  • Manage all project documentation, including technical and functional specifications, backlogs, user manuals, and support documents.
  • Conduct training sessions on implemented solutions.
  • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials such as training documentation and sessions.
  • Drive support and maintenance of the application, including organizing project handovers to support teams.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and expertise in Salesforce.com solutions.
Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Strong educational background in Management or Engineering with IT affinity.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in project and team management.
  • Experience working on projects within the public sector (government or public corporations).
  • Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMI, etc.) are preferred.
  • Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is advantageous.
  • Experience working in complex environments with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Independent, creative, and reliable.
  • Detail-oriented and focused.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel and undertake overseas postings for mid- to long-term assignments.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Engineering team to ensure successful implementation and integration of our products. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of the public sector and maximizing the value of our solutions.**What You Will Do***Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:**- Conduct effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.- Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for public sector clients.- Collaborate with the sales team to progress deals and penetrate accounts, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.- Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process.- Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.**Product Implementation & Integration:**- Guide and support public sector clients in deploying our text completion API into their infrastructure.- Work closely with clients to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.- Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.- Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.**Customer Success & Support:**- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure that the customer is maximizing the product's potential.- Provide post-deployment support, addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly.- Offer recommendations for product optimizations or new features based on customer feedback.- Develop custom features for customers as needed.**About You**• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role with a heavy emphasis on customer-facing interactions (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).• Strong Python development skills with a proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources.• Experience with cloud architecture and deployment patterns for AI/ML solutions.• Track record of managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery.• Experience running solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specifications.• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).Ideally you have:• Experience in successful deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning solutions in enterprise environments, including prototyping and customization.• Familiarity with deal qualification using MEDDPICC and/or value-based sales methodologies like Command of the Message.**Benefits** Competitive cash salary and equity Health Insurance Sport : $90 for gym membership allowance Food : $00 monthly allowance for meals (solution might evolve as we grow bigger) Transportation : 120/month for public transport or Parking charges reimbursed
