Key Responsibilities

The Vice President will spearhead business development for the Fresh Frozen Meal (FFM) segment, to lead the strategy and execution for one of the most critical growth pillars within Food Solutions. With the business currently at SGD 1.4 billion and a clear ambition to reach SGD 2 billion within the next four years, the FFM segment is central to achieving this aspiration. The VP will be accountable for shaping the overall strategy, strengthening customer value propositions, and driving market expansion, while ensuring alignment with the broader Food Solutions business.

Food Solutions' core business is aviation catering, complemented by synergistic non-aviation opportunities. The FFM portfolio will be primarily anchored in aviation catering, while leveraging synergies in non-aviation catering to enhance scale, efficiency, and growth.

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Define and implement the long-term strategy for the FFM business to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Translate the growth ambition into clear priorities, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Customer Value Proposition (CVP)

  • Design and refine compelling CVPs tailored to aviation catering customers and synergistic non-aviation markets.
