Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships, capital structure planning, and optimizing returns on cash management. Conduct scenario simulations and develop business cases using key assumptions including ridership patterns, fare pricing strategies, and cost projections for informed business decisions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions. Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments. Provide financial leadership and insights to operational teams to drive business value creation.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture. Promote continuous learning and upskilling within the finance team, particularly in embracing finance technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Experience in the transportation or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Expertise in financial planning and data-driven decision-making.
