Head, CIO Office (CIOO) plays a key role in supporting CIO in bolstering NTU's standing as a world-class institution with an increasingly international and diverse student body and faculty leveraging on Technology as the key enabler. The incumbent will be an integral part of CITS leadership team, working with CIO and Dy CIO to provide strategic leadership and support for all aspects of NTU's IT services from Infrastructure, Cyber Security, AI, Data Analytics, Enterprise Applications to Learning Technologies.

A few areas of focus will be on the data analytics and AI, where the incumbent will drive the Technology Enabled Future (TEF) Programme to establish and implement the multi-year Digital Masterplan, and the management of key IT projects such as Smart Campus Initiatives. Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Professional certifications in ITIL, Cyber Security, Project Management or other IT governance would be an added advantage.
  • At least 20 years of IT management experience, with the last 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably running a CIO Office in a complex, multicultural organization.
