We are seeking a CEO for an innovative Web3 startup focused on cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in DeFi and Smart Contracts.
In this role, you will:
- Lead all aspects of the company’s operations, developing and implementing annual business goals and growth strategies in line with the company’s vision.
- Manage business-oriented product lines, including collaborative office software, guiding research, development, technological innovation, and sales efforts.
- Oversee the full product management lifecycle, from R&D to version releases, ongoing updates, and complete lifecycle management.
- Coordinate all operational components, including market growth, product development, project execution, and effective team leadership.
- Drive business development and partnership efforts, leading negotiations and building relationships with strategic partners.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by company leadership to advance organizational objectives.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in Web3/ DeFi space, with a demonstrated history in a senior executive or leadership role in tech-focused settings.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in DeFi and Smart Contract frameworks is a must.
- Extensive expertise in operations management, strategic planning, R&D leadership, and team oversight, with a proven ability to manage complex business operations.
- Exceptional leadership abilities combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, ideally shown through a successful shift from a tech leadership role to a CEO position.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
