Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including network, VPN, Windows servers, OS, email systems, applications, and hardware.
- Perform server administration (user access, security permissions, backups) and ensure systems work cohesively.
- Ensure security compliance, patch management, and role-based access control.
Monitor systems and servers; manage backup and recovery procedures.
- Support hardware/software integration, performance tuning, and failure recovery.
