- Review company’s core businesses and have a good grasp of our key business areas and key suppliers.
- Collect business intelligence on key supplier landscapes and industry developments to identify potential opportunities of risks on business continuity, financial risks, geographical risks, technical risks, etc.
- Map and maintain an up-to-date database of supplier’s information.
- Develop and implement strategic supplier relationship management framework and initiatives.
- Work with category managers and end users to foster understanding of supplier’s strategies and arrange engagement with key suppliers.
- Monitor progress of sourcing strategy implementation for assigned key supply categories. Work with category managers to address issues arising in relation to plan execution.
- Perform cost analytics and track key cost drivers for major equipment/cable categories.
- Identify areas of needs to expand supplier pool and seek out suitable new suppliers.
- Identify opportunities and implement development plans to drive innovation and value creation for key suppliers and maximize company’s value.
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction related degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain or procurement at strategic level or supplier management. Preferably in power utilities or oil and gas industry.
- Experience in cost analysis to generate reports for management review.
- Ability to work with cross functions as team leader and facilitator to achieve company objectives.
- Ability to build a strong supplier relationship with suppliers.
- Strong reporting skills with ability to gather various sources of intelligent information from external markets and internal database.
- Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of relevant cost drivers
- Experienced in global sourcing environment, with working knowledge and understanding of total cost of ownership concept.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in SAP and/or procurement systems

Responsibilities
1. Supplier Quality Management
· Identify, evaluate, and qualify new outsourcing partners including EMS, PCB, and component suppliers.
· Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments (process, QMS, capacity, etc.).
· Monitor and manage supplier performance through KPIs (quality, delivery, responsiveness).
· Lead problem-solving with suppliers using structured tools (8D, 5Whys, etc.), and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to meet company QCD standards.
2. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
· Identify and define incoming inspection criteria and quality standards for outsourced parts and products.
· Develop inspection instructions, sampling plans, and acceptance/rejection criteria in coordination with engineering and production teams.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inspection standards reflect functional and reliability requirements.
3. Part/Product Evaluation
· Perform hands-on testing and evaluation of incoming components and finished products to identify potential quality issues or deviations.
· Analyze defective samples, conduct root cause investigations, and provide detailed technical feedback to suppliers.
· Maintain and manage quality records, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with engineering, production, procurement, and Japan HQ to align supplier quality expectations.
· Support product introduction and transfers involving external manufacturers.
· Communicate quality requirements clearly to suppliers and ensure understanding across language/culture barriers.
Requirement:
Education:
· Diploma in Engineering or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or quality assurance
OR
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (experience preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
· Hands-on experience in supplier or manufacturing quality
· Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles.
· Experience in electronic components, PCBA, or electro-mechanical assembly is preferred
Skills:
· Knowledge of incoming inspection techniques and standards (sampling plans, AQL, etc.)
· Proficient in quality tools and methodologies: 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc.

Reporting to the Procurement Transformation Senior Manager in the DDN Procurement Team, the Procurement Manager – Risk Program Lead will be leading the development and execution of a comprehensive Supplier risk management agenda so as to ensure business continuity in the face of any type of disruption
The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate and partner with DDN Business Unit Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations teams. This role is responsible for driving a comprehensive supplier risk management agenda with a focus on resilience, visibility, and strategic mitigation levers. It requires strong program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational rigor and strategic thinking to shape and sustain a robust risk management framework.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and lead a comprehensive supplier risk management framework, covering risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies across the supply base
- Establish early warning systems leveraging both internal and external signals to proactively detect and respond to emerging supplier risks
- Drive robust risk mitigation plans, including dual sourcing, localization, inventory strategies, and business continuity protocols including short-term mitigation protocols at category / commodity level
- Partner with category and sourcing teams to embed risk-mitigating levers into sourcing strategies and supplier selection processes.
- Lead cross-functional governance forums to ensure alignment, escalation, and decision-making across procurement, supply chain, engineering, and business leadership.
- Design and manage risk dashboards and analytics, providing real-time visibility into supplier health, risk exposure, and mitigation progress.
- Define and track KPIs related to supplier risk performance, time to recover (TTR), time to survive (TTS), and mitigation effectiveness.
- Support localization and dual sourcing initiatives in close collaboration with sourcing and engineering teams, aligning with business continuity goals.
- Lead and manage strategic supplier risk programs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and value delivery.
- Communicate supplier risk posture and program status clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Coordinate risk assessments for new suppliers, geographies, or critical parts, factoring in geopolitical, financial, operational, and environmental risk elements.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions post disruption or near-miss events.
- Bring thought leadership in supply chain strategy and transformation, with the ability to influence long-term design choices that enhance resilience.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to automate risk monitoring and reporting.
- Build and nurture a strong risk management culture across procurement and adjacent functions, through training, awareness, and capability building.

The Platform Supplier Management team leads Autodesk's platform supplier relationships to ensure a highly resilient and compliant platform for all Autodesk customers. - Key stakeholder in supplier management lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, participating in negotiations, issue management, to offboarding

The Platform Supplier Management team leads Autodesk's platform supplier relationships to ensure a highly resilient and compliant platform for all Autodesk customers. We do this by managing 3rd party suppliers that provide foundational technology for Autodesk Platform Services. This includes cloud-native suppliers across domains such as API Management, Security, Databases, SAAS/PAAS providers, Localization, Service and staff augmentation providers.
In this role reporting to the Senior Manager, this person is responsible for managing a variety of these supplier relationships including contractual management, performance management, issue management, stakeholder management and being a key partner in risk and financial management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support specific areas of the business and manage all their supplier accounts. Create and manage supplier management policies and procedures
Ensure supplier compliance with Autodesk's documented policies and procedures
Key stakeholder in supplier management lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, participating in negotiations, issue management, to offboarding
Work with Business Owners, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Security teams on RF(x) processes, technical supplier evaluations, security assessments, and other projects as needed
Work with Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalation processes
Responsible for contract management including compliance, oversight, and adherence to change control procedures
Monitor and ensure contract renewals are planned and executed well in advance of expiry
Monitor supplier performance, financial status, SLA/KPI monitoring
Drive and facilitate any disputes between business and supplier to resolution Set up regular check-ins with supplier account managers, facilitate regular conversations between the business unit/stakeholder(s) and supplier operations teams
Plan and conduct regular business reviews and executive meetings at a cadence agreed with the business unit/stakeholder
Support the business in demand planning and monitor against the plan
Flag overages and additional budget asks well in advance
Ensure all relevant supplier data is automated and available on dashboards
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in management of supplier relationships critical to a cloud and platform technology business
Experience creating and managing a supplier risks
Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with executive leadership and provide updates/status reports or deliver presentations and recommendations
Excellent analytical, organizational, tactical and strategic planning, presentation (verbal, and written) communication skills
Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements
Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of the team
Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing cloud vendors
Knowledge in software / platform / SaaS industry would be ideal to have
Vendor management / Procurement background would be ideal to have
