Reporting to the Senior Assistant Head, the appointee leads a team of Learning Strategists who collaborate with faculties to design and develop cutting-edge blended learning experiences, provide strategic guidance for implementing innovative digital teaching and learning practices across NIE. In this role, the appointee sets clear and achievable team goals, develops effective strategies to achieve them, and ensures their successful execution. Additionally, the appointee will strategically assign tasks and projects, manage the hiring process, performance reviews, and provide coaching and professional development for the team.

The appointee will work closely with the other teams in the department to research, develop, and present innovative and pedagogically sound design solutions to stakeholders, in pursuit of enhanced practice and outcomes. Responsibilities

  1. Management & Operation of the Learning Strategies Team
