Your Mission
•Lead technology vision, architecture, and execution from MVP to M&A exit
•Build and scale a secure, multilingual SaaS platform on AWS with AI, blockchain, and analytics at its core
•Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML, NLP, and agentic automation into learning, community, and recruitment flows
•Initially be hands-on (75–80% coding) while assembling and mentoring an elite tech team, starting with interns for MVP build
•Collaborate closely with the CEO & COO on product-market fit, partnerships, and fundraising
You Should Bring
•Proven expertise in full-stack SaaS architecture and scalable cloud deployments
•Deep experience in AI/ML integration, NLP, blockchain credentialing, and data analytics
•Startup grit: you’ve led tech in early-stage ventures or built complex systems under resource constraints
•Passion for education and social impact that goes beyond the codebase
The Commitment & Upside
•Part-time (a minimum of 36 hours per week) in return for equity until funding is secured
•Full-time commitment post-raise with salary commencing upon transition to full time
