The Opportunity

As our Founding CTO, you’ll be the technical owner from v0 → v1 → scale . You’ll architect and ship the MVP, integrate custody/venues, stand up the risk engine, and embed AI across operations and the front office—while building a lean, high-calibre engineering team. 3. Technology Personnel Management & Thought Leadership

  • Recruit and manage technology and engineering teams, fostering a culture of high-performance, responsibility and innovation;
  • Ensure the technology and engineering teams are able to work cross-functionally with other

teams (eg. With compliance, risk and business) ;

  • Represent the company at discussions with regulators and government bodies on

technology , governance and compliance;

  • Represent the company at external events and publicity around topics of banking innovation,

technology and security, providing thought leadership and projecting the Company's

strengths.

Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in technology infrastructure/engineering and product development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in banking or financial services.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field;
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performance technology teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to advise C-suite/Board and represent the company to regulators and industry forums.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and a balance of innovation and compliance.
