Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 7–10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/CTO/VP role.
- Prior experience building crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech systems is strongly preferred .
- Familiarity with building options and perpetuals trading systems is a major plus.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in performance-critical backend systems (Java, C++, Rust, Go, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of exchange infrastructure: order matching, risk engines, margin systems.
- Experience with Web3/blockchain protocols and wallet infrastructure.
- Strong cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, observability, and security architecture.
Leadership:
