Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 7–10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/CTO/VP role.
• Prior experience building crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech systems is strongly preferred .
• Familiarity with building options and perpetuals trading systems is a major plus.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in performance-critical backend systems (Java, C++, Rust, Go, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of exchange infrastructure: order matching, risk engines, margin systems.
• Experience with Web3/blockchain protocols and wallet infrastructure.
• Strong cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, observability, and security architecture.
