We are seeking educators who share a passion for teaching Science and have the ability to commit to at least 8 hours of teaching per week. This role requires adaptability and flexibility in response to the changing needs of our Science Programme.
Main Responsibilities- Lecturing: Deliver lesson plans face-to-face and/or online, catering to students' diverse needs and abilities in accordance with the SES Science curriculum guidelines.
- Progress Evaluation: Continuously monitor student progress through Pre & Post Science Assessments as well as during Science lessons.
- Administrative Duties: Fulfill administrative responsibilities such as recording attendance for all lessons, addressing relief teaching requirements, and participating in research evaluating the effectiveness of the Science Programme.
- Degree from a reputable university, in any field.
- Minimum C6 grade for Science at GCE 'O' levels.
- No prior teaching experience is necessary; however, relevant experience in teaching Science or working with children with special learning needs would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication.
- Ability to adapt to programme changes.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Science curriculum would be beneficial.
