Page Executive provides executive search, selection and talent management solutions for organisations needing to recruit senior executive roles either as functional heads, senior market and technical specialists or overall general management. Key to this is the need to originate new business and to cultivate existing client and candidate relationships leading to the delivery of significant individual recruitment fees at or above the targets set for you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibility is to generate business development and corporate client acquisition within the practice.
Other responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the development of all business activities
- Leverage your network across other functions within our partner/Group brands
- Develop a network of local business contacts among C-level professionals
- Identify and optimize new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders
- Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
- Manage the executive search project from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organization
- Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events
- As a member of the Global Page Executive practice community, you will - share and gain experiences from other practice responsible consultants
- Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular meetings with other experts
- Understand the leadership and organizational issues faced by C-level professionals and are adept at building peer-to-peer relationships with these leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Deliver significant levels of value and service for clients and building solid employee engagement
- Support the further development of PageGroup in accordance with the Group strategy
- At least 8 years of business experience executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience
- Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
- Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales, account management and delivery expertise
- Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
- Excellent relationship building, consultative and influencing skills
- Must have client management experience with strong credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative service
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented
- Ability and desire to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.
