- Carry out recommended therapeutic strategies as part of a transdisciplinary team.
- Prepare appropriate teaching resources based on children's interests.
- Maintain a respectful learning environment with positive discipline.
- Supervise and mentor Teacher Aides and Assistant Teachers.
- Conduct appraisals, classroom role allocations, and training support.
- Participate actively in team discussions, event planning, and mentoring new teachers.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation, conduct home/school visits as needed, and attend parent-teacher meetings.
Remuneration
- Incentives on top of hourly payout
- Transport allowance for selected positions
- Biweekly payout (paid every two weeks)
