  • Carry out recommended therapeutic strategies as part of a transdisciplinary team.
  • Prepare appropriate teaching resources based on children's interests.
  • Maintain a respectful learning environment with positive discipline.
  • Supervise and mentor Teacher Aides and Assistant Teachers.
  • Conduct appraisals, classroom role allocations, and training support.
  • Participate actively in team discussions, event planning, and mentoring new teachers.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation, conduct home/school visits as needed, and attend parent-teacher meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 years in Special Education.
  • Candidates without prior experience, including fresh graduates and A-level students, may apply for the 6-month competency traineeship program before transitioning to a full-time role.
