Your responsibilities will include contributing to curriculum design and professional development by offering expert guidance, mentoring educators on pedagogy and teaching practices, and ensuring the effective use of learning tools and resources.
- You will also lead initiatives aimed at enhancing parent engagement, community outreach, and talent development. In addition, you will oversee resource management within the center, including staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and cost control for operational expenses.
- This role involves the implementation and coordination of center-based programs, initiatives, and events, along with handling various administrative duties to support smooth center operations.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or a Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- A Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Sound knowledge of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
