As a Vice Principal (Special Needs), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum, assessments, and teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Drive innovative teaching and assessment methods to improve learning outcomes.
- Oversee systems that support holistic student development in a safe, supportive environment.
- Develop and implement professional development plans aligned with sector goals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Special Education, Diploma in Special Needs (DISE)
- Possess at least 10 years of management experience, with a minimum of five years in leadership positions
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is an added advantage.
