- 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Sound knowledge of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
