Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in data cleansing by removing duplicates, identifying inconsistencies in data formats, correcting errors, and performing overall data checks.
2. Ensure completeness and correctness of data after extraction through thorough data checking.
3. Validate and test data in the TMS test environment.
4. Assist in documentation and reporting specific to the unit.
5. Document user feedback and system performance.
6. Provide user support post-system launch.
7. Support the overall planning and execution of pre- and post-launch activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in an administrative or project management role
• Proficiency/good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data management and system testing preferred
• Familiarity with training management systems or similar software preferred

Job Description:

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
• Streamline work processes
• Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
• To take on tuition classes
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
• Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
• Training of new hires

Job Description

(a) Preparation and verification of documents;

(b) Maintaining and updating of data records including stocktaking of

teachers’ resources and inventory;

(c) Compilation of statistics;

(d) Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms;

(e) Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and

when required;
