What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of school Health Centres
- Provide and coordinate quality nursing, first aid, and health education
- Manage and develop the nursing team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Assess and treat illnesses/injuries; maintain records and reports for health committees
- Partner with school leaders and external providers on health screenings, vaccinations, and medical support for camps, trips, and events
- Monitor infectious diseases, vaccination records, and safeguard student well-being
- Collaborate across school departments (Admissions, HR, Sports, Safeguarding) on medical needs and risk management
- Champion a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
The Perfect Candidate:
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- 5+ years’ nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility for occasional off-hours meetings, training, or school events
- Strong knowledge of SNB compliance and regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preceptorship certification or prior experience in competency assessment (preferred)
