Make an Impact by:

  • Serve as the internal Talent Advisor towards the hiring needs while simultaneously directly handling and recruiting for multiple key technology roles.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including contact with hiring leaders, screening & selection, interviews (in-person, phone and video), offer proposal and candidate follow–up & feedback.

  • Work with all internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the function of talent acquisition specific to high-demand roles continues to improve and advance.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs, clearly communicate the process, and set and manage hiring leader and candidate’s expectations.

  • Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals and internal mobility.

  • Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles and bringing new ideas to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.

Skills for Success:

  • Min 3 years of experience working as a Technology Recruiter, ideally in-house at high-growth startups or larger tech companies. Prior experience in recruitment agencies with a specialization in Tech Recruiting is welcome.

  • IHRP certification is a plus.

  • Proven record on end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating with leaders from multiple functions.

  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment plans to source and approach right candidates through exciting and new recruitment channels.

  • Strong process and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any discipline.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 2 years managing a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, highly driven, and has the natural ability to drive the team to deliver results.
  • Be a customer service-oriented person, result-driven, and strong desire to succeed and build strong effective teams and relationships with clients to meet their needs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
