OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and experienced warehouse supervisor to coordinate the entire warehouse and distribution process, lead a team, and ensure efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment. The role involves coordinating internal and external resources, leading a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the entire warehouse and distribution process management, establish and optimize work standards for receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, inventory checking, and delivery; ensure timeliness and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Implement warehouse order plans, coordinate resources (transport capacity, manpower), ensure order fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth inventory turnover.
- Manage a team of sorters, receivers, and distribution-related positions (over 20 members): daily scheduling, task allocation, performance tracking, and skill training.
- Lead inventory management: regular stock checks, monitor accuracy of receiving/shipping/distribution, analyze discrepancies, drive improvements to ensure accurate data.
- Interface with cross-departmental teams (procurement, sales, logistics) to address issues like stockouts, incorrect deliveries, and delays.
- Communicate with customers (external and internal) regarding inventory, shipment, and delivery progress; promptly answer questions.
- Handle customer feedback about warehouse and distribution processes; coordinate resources to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Participate in developing and implementing warehouse and distribution SOPs; optimize processes based on feedback and data to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Respond to other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor; adjust plans to ensure daily operations are not affected.
- College degree or above, major in logistics management, warehouse management, or related fields preferred.
- At least 2.2 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management, including at least 1 year managing a team of over 20 people; familiar with receiving, sorting, inventory management, and distribution; experience in customer communication preferred.
- Good English reading and writing skills; proficient in handling English documents, emails, or customer inquiries.
- Strong sense of purpose and execution ability; able to drive core indicators such as warehouse opening efficiency, order fulfillment rate, delivery compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent team management and communication coordination; adept at listening to customer needs and coordinating internal/external resources.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution-related systems; data-driven mindset to optimize processes.
- Strong service awareness and stress resistance; able to adapt to fast-paced warehouse work and handle unexpected issues and complaints.
- Initiative and flexibility to handle temporary work and quickly coordinate resources without impacting core tasks.
