• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

The recruitment industry is experiencing a significant shift, driven by the need for efficient and high-performing operations. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be at the forefront of this change, responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving organizational fulfillment targets.

Key to your success will be building and maintaining robust talent pipelines across job clusters, ensuring readiness to meet client demands. This involves leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation, ultimately improving fulfillment rates and operational efficiency.

To achieve these goals, you will need to possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple roles and functions. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities are also essential, as you navigate complex relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required, along with a minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Analytical skills are critical, enabling you to interpret data and make strategic decisions that drive business outcomes.

Monthly Salary: $2500+ (include allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembly, Testing, Packing of products

- Receive, transfer, and dispatch parts and materials

- Check incoming items for damages or discrepancies

- Able to carry Heavy goods (20kg)
