Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail & Dining)
Multi National Company hiring.
Location: Paya Lebar MRT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment- Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail frontline and dining service roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in the competitive retail and F&B landscape.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and social media hiring campaigns.
- Craft compelling job advertisements that align with the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in full compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
- Handle all work pass matters including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for hiring effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and provide market intelligence.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other TA partners.
- Oversee a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding program to drive engagement and improve new hire retention.
- Coordinate offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve employee experience.

- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and in-house built applicant tracking systems (ATS).
