The Opportunity

As an Executive – Talent Acquisition & Management, your primary responsibility will be managing the full spectrum of recruiting activities for your assigned segments. This includes engaging with educational institutions and organizations to build a strong talent pipeline through career fairs, internships, and career events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate, customer service or sales positions (from junior to mid-management levels)

Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Avature, Workday), social media, and job boards.

Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High-energy, a keen learner with a sense of commercial awareness; able to balance ideals vs. reality with hiring managers

Has an appetite for continuous learning, is focused, and thrives in a team-based environment.

Good knowledge of local employment regulations.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance and capability.

  • Manage team resources, performance reviews, and training plans.

  • Monitor function activities and ensure cost-effective hiring.

3. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Align recruitment activities with HR strategy and business goals.

  • Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and skills forecasting.

  • Analyze manpower costs and manage hiring budgets.

4. Compliance & Policy Advisory

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and relevant standards (e.g. RBA, ISO).

  • Advise stakeholders on employment legislation and policy updates.

  • Review HR processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements;

  • Degree in HR or related field

  • Min 8 years of TA or HR generalist experience of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
