We on a lookout for a dedicated and committed Staffing Operations Executive for our pandamart Stores in Singapore! You will play a crucial role in supporting the staffing & recruitment for our store operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of pandamart store operations personnel - sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process with s, reference checking and offer management
- Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies that drive recruitment efficiency through multiple channels/platforms
- Proactive communication with business stakeholders (Workforce Planner, Training Team, Operations Team, HR etc.) throughout the recruiting life-cycle and regularly provide updates on candidate pipeline
- Set-up and build a pool of temporary manpower and ensure all shifts are filled to run daily operations
- Develop contingency plans to manage and cover any shift gaps (absenteeism, medical leave etc.)
