- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: HR Executive (Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition)
- Location: Redhill
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Up to $5,200 + Bonus
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and project positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate hiring records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
