About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive (Recruitment) to join our team on a 1-year contract, with potential renewal and conversion to a permanent role. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal hiring managers, IT consulting/recruitment agencies, and potential candidates. This role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Partner with IT consulting and recruitment agencies to source and secure suitable candidates.
Bridge requirements gathered from direct hiring managers with external vendors to ensure alignment.
Engage with appointment vendors to open new requisitions or close out fulfilled positions.
- Candidate Coordination & Assessment
Arrange for technical tests to be sent to potential candidates via email.
Track, review, and provide feedback on completed technical tests to hiring managers and vendors.
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face or Microsoft Teams interviews with candidates in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Compliance
Ensure all onboarding documents are properly collected, verified, and recorded internally for audit and future reference.
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Process Management & Administration
Monitor progress of open requisitions and follow through until closure.
Provide timely updates on recruitment status to hiring managers and vendors.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or project support roles.
- Familiarity with IT recruitment processes and technical assessment tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
