Your Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore to grow our talented team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for technology and innovation. As a software development and consulting firm, we are always looking for the best talents in technology and design. The key objective of this function is to attract, recruit and advise the best talents in the industry and grow the PALO IT brand in Singapore. The role would ideally suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines during selection and assessment.
  • Research and experiment with sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies: social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and advanced internet sourcing.
  • Represent PALO IT at industry events, user groups, and networking sessions to promote our employer brand.
  • Co-design hiring materials aligned with our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support diversity and inclusion, graduate hiring, and internship programmes.
  • Collaborate on recruitment drives with external partners.
  • Pitch in with broader HR initiatives when needed.
Your Profile
  • 2–3 years’ experience in tech recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced tech firm, consultancy, or headhunting agency.
  • Background or exposure to computing, design, or high-tech domains.
  • Strong knowledge of tech roles: AI Software Engineers (Web/Mobile), Data Engineers, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Delivery Leads, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring when required.
  • Track record of hiring top-tier tech talent.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.
  • Team player with a great sense of humour — we work hard and have fun doing it.
Eligibility

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
