Scope
Akkodis is scaling our Singapore consulting & solutions business across AI & Digitalization and Enterprise IT. You'll be the end-to-end recruiter who partners with Business Managers (BMs) to build high-quality talent pipelines and hire consultants for client projects across Singapore and APAC.
Responsibilities
Own requisitions end-to-end: intake with BMs, profile calibration, market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer/close, onboarding hand-off.
Source actively across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, events, GitHub/Stack, etc.; craft Boolean/X-ray searches; run outreach campaigns.
Pitch Akkodis compellingly- explain our services, clients, and project environments; manage candidate expectations on role, rate, & visa/Pass matters.
Stakeholder partnership: advise BMs on talent availability, salary bands, interview design, and selection decisions; run weekly pipeline reviews.
Candidate experience: coordinate interviews, prep/coach candidates, and keep comms crisp and timely; drive high NPS.
Data & compliance: keep ATS/CRM hygiene (jobs, stages, reasons); ensure PDPA/GDPR compliance; prepare weekly hiring dashboards.
