HR Projects

  • Participate and/or lead in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives in selected key processes or expertise areas by collaborating with HR team and across all departments

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple clients and partners and demonstrated experience working independently with strong attention to details.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of working experience as a HR Operations or HR Generalist role or 4 years experience in full fledge HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or related environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and in-depth application knowledge of Employment Act
  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with Workday and Tableau – maintain on processes to ensure integrity of eligibility data within Workday

  5. Advise management on HR-related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.
  6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct objective investigations, and collaborate with line managers to handle disciplinary matters.
  7. Partner with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.
  8. Support during career fairs and other HR events when required.
  9. Report to the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling HR generalist role.
