Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend most of your time in assisting clients to identify, measure, and manage their business and reporting risks as they transit their organizations in respond to changing government environmental regulations and new trends in sustainability management and reporting. Accurately analysing client issues and opportunities, deploying the account management framework, EY client programs, and growth platforms, to build constructive dialogue with key stakeholders. You enjoy actively contributing to the growth and development of the CCaSS practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery.


Skills and attributes for success
Communicating EY’s scope of services and providing guidance in the delivery of Climate Change & Sustainability Services, with an emphasis on complex and/or specialized issues within Assurance and/or technical sustainability reporting and advisory capacities

  • Partnering with clients to identify and diagnose their needs and the ability to cross-sell services;
  • Completing high level technical reports and proposals.
  • Managing complex technical issues in technical discipline area;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice in area of technical discipline;
  • Proven track record in managing large and complex sized projects;

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree, preferably in business, engineering, accounting, or other sustainability related discipline
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in audit or in a large and dynamic organizations and Climate Change & Sustainability consulting experience
  • Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics
  • Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong project management and personnel management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex or unusual issues in the context of client engagements and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions

  • Operationalize all sustainability initiatives relating to social contributions and environmental impacts-related topics, collaborating and engaging with necessary internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Sustainability/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Fashion Entrepreneurship or related field
  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years’ experience in corporate sustainability and responsibility or similar
  • Good time management skills and the ability in managing multiple priorities are critical
  • Experience working within a matrix organization, captivating internal stakeholders on labour and/or environmental improvements with the ability to influence change
  • A sound understanding of the fashion/retail value chain and it’s challenges
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
  • Professional with an ability to represent the brand while engaging with external stakeholders

Ultifresh is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Executive to help spread our message.

We are an ambitious young team aiming to build a sustainability initiative that encourages companies to order fewer apparel and reduce washing cycles.

About us

Ultifresh provides sustainable apparel for groups and organizations. As a uniformed employee, you are required to wear your uniform for 90% of the time. Traditional methods of using uniforms and promotional apparel have caused significant environmental damage, including high apparel wastage and inefficient water use. Ultifresh was founded to address these issues.

We carry ready stock products that enable even small businesses or school groups to contribute to sustainability.

To date, Ultifresh has served over 1,000 MNCs and 3,000 resellers across the SEA region and is now looking to expand globally.

We own a factory in China that is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with nearly 200 employees.

Job Description

· Oversee the Green Mark certification process, ensuring project compliance with requisite criteria and standards while coordinating with BCA

· Conduct on-site energy audits to identify potential opportunities for energy conservation measures, further contributing to the reduction of energy consumption

· Performing on-site inspections and precise measurements of the building systems, including ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort systems, etc., to assess system performance and recommend enhancements

· Prepare extensive sustainability reports encompassing gap analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance, while also showcasing the financial benefits of sustainable practices

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and task execution, including delegation as needed, to ensure the successful completion of projects

· Proactively engage in business development initiatives and provide essential administrative support to ensure the punctual submission of Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals, guaranteeing compliance with submission requirements

· Attended site/tender briefings and conducted surveys as needed, actively pursuing new sales opportunities through follow-up and email correspondence
