Our client is private equity investments into real estate sector , they're looking for Private Equity Associates in Singapore to join them and become part of their core investment team
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all aspects of the investment process including deal origination, due diligence, negotiations with various stakeholders (investee companies, property owners, capital partners etc), optimizing legal & tax structuring and deal execution
- Create and prepare investment materials, including presentations, investment memorandums and investment analysis
- Build and present sophisticated, industry-leading financial models
- Conduct primary research on areas of potential investment focus
- Create and present portfolio level analysis and performance metrics
- Participate in all aspects of the business including liaising with senior professionals, key investors, professional advisors and more
- Opportunity to travel Expanded Responsibilities
- Generate business ideas, analyse investment opportunities and make investment recommendations
- Work closely with senior team members on strategy and negotiations Lead due diligence and deal execution
- Build strong, cohesive partnerships with all investors, advisors and clients
- Work closely with investee companies with respect to monitoring ongoing investment, up to and including at the board of directors level
- Help on managing overall business of the firm
Education and Professional Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above from a top-tier institution
- around 2-4 years’ relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate ventures

Responsibilities
Being part of the compliance team, you will be responsible for all third party due diligences / KYC activities of the firm's investment targets as well as portfolio company across the APAC region. This includes on-boarding, on-going monitoring as well as periodic review. You will also assist in maintaining and developing the compliance policies for these portfolio companies in the APAC region and assist with the implementations of these policies. On adhoc basis, you will take charge of investigations and compliance audit for these portfolio companies and provide recommendations on improvements to overall compliance standards.
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of Compliance experience ideally with a slight focus in third party due diligence and is familiar with risk assessments of these counterparties.
