What you will do:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, integration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical data center facilities. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landed residential construction projects , including detached, semi-detached, and terrace houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end construction activities for landed residential projects.
  • Plan project timelines, resource needs, and budgets in alignment with development goals.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

  • Manage procurement and logistics for materials and site equipment.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Able to manage multiple houses/projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with local quality standards, eg. BCA Greenmark (preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel to project sites.
