The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare 3-month rolling programs, 4-week rolling programs, trend charts, manpower plans, and equipment plans for submission to stakeholders.
- Update weekly and monthly report submissions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design and operation teams for construction activities, project status, manpower plans, equipment plans, etc.
- Coordinate with contracts teams for monthly progress claims.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Site experience in LTA Projects or road diversion projects is preferred.
- Primavera P6 version 8, Microsoft Office skills are essential.
