The successful candidate will oversee the project's planning phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and regulations, analyzing data, and forecasting trends. They will develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the overall project.

• Reporting to Construction Manager & deputy construction manager.

• Provide regular project updates through reports such as weekly/monthly reports, progress updated program summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
