Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) to assist to manage the end-to-end process of a building construction project. He/She will be assigned to the Project Team handling either the Building or the Lab project. He/She is expected to oversee all aspects of the projects and account for:

1. Milestones Attainment
2. Meeting Timeline
3. Leverage the Consultants’ skills/experience to ensure specifications/ viability of project are on target.
4. Work with internal stakeholders – to ensure buy-in/support.
5. Work with external stakeholders and manage the delivery.
6. Cost Optimization of the Project to drive costs down.

The PM will manage project resources and conduct regular project review meetings to ensure that the projects are on track at every stage of the project life cycle.
