7. Support & Operational Oversight
- Ensure prompt resolution of IT issues across F&B outlets.
- Analyze ticket trends to improve service performance and identify areas for standardization and scalability.
8. Technology Innovation & Evaluation

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10 years in IT, with strong depth in infrastructure (servers, networks) and ERP/POS systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role (manager/director).
- Prior experience in F&B with proven track record of enterprise-scale POS and ERP (ideally SAP) implementations.
