We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement .

- Build and develop relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams / leadership to align project objectives, key messages and desired behavior shifts.
- Maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependence with Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to drive close cross-team collaboration to foster alignment.
- Develop an astute understanding of our business/ops users level of understanding on product management and operating model, and facilitating business and people readiness for a smooth product management and operating model adoption.
- Have a knowledge and/or experience of Talent & Organisation capabilities including large scale transformation and capabilities, operating model and organization design, talent strategy and development, leadership, culture, and behavioral change.
- Prepare and facilitate roadshow engagements with various stakeholders as part of change management plans
- Develop workforce transformation and co-delivery augmentation strategies and provide advisory on talent management activities for the Transformation Programme Office.

Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management work
- Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous
Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc.)
- Worked on projects in the public services industry for large scale transformation projects
- Identify and manage anticipate resistance, risk or challenges and support actionable plans
- Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernisation of core business legacy systems (e.g. Mainframe technologies)
- Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology driven environment, but also able to work independently
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem solving and design thinking skills
