The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for the Systems Transformation Project will play a key role in ensuring the project meets its objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and establish and establish the key stakeholder matrix.
- Communication: Design, develop, and implement communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are well-informed of change initiatives and their impacts.
- Training and Development: Work in close collaboration with the training team to create and manage training plans to ensure that all employees are prepared for the changes and have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to understand the impact of changes on the organization and its employees, and develop strategies to address these impacts.
- Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance and develop plans to address and mitigate resistance.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of success in managing organizational changes.
- Certifications: Change management certification or designation such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

- Has used structured change management approaches in large scale delivery to bring the target state “to life” for users on the ground

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations. This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Adoption Strategies:
- Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements.
- Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan.
- Monitor and track adoption progress, providing consistent updates and adjustments as needed.
- Creating Awareness:
- Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes, clarifying the reasons and impacts in an understandable and relatable manner.
- Facilitate awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Custom Training Programs:
- Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups.
- Provide adaptable and practical training to prepare employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily tasks.
- Managing Resistance:
- Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace new technologies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
Experience: Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.

Collaborate closely with external CM consultants, internal process owners, and key stakeholders across the organization to support the effective execution of the change management program.
Participate in all business blueprint sessions to understand the change intent and business process impact. Support the CM consultant in tracking issues, capturing feedback, and following up on stakeholder concerns.
Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the CM consultant, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up actions.
Design and deliver targeted change communications to internal stakeholders. This includes helping to develop digital content such as EDM mailers that raise awareness, drive engagement, and support adoption of the new ERP/EPM system. The candidate will be expected to learn and use Canva or similar design tools to create visually compelling communication material e.g. EDM mailers or videos.
Support stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization, helping to translate technical changes into user-friendly communications and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Assist in the development and coordination of training materials where needed, including supporting process owners with logistics or content preparation.
Document the change methodology, key learning points, and best practices throughout the change journey for future reference and continuous improvement.
May be involved in project management activities related to the implementation of the ERP/EPM systems, including coordination of deliverables, timeline tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Required experience
